Call a new file by the name BAKERSDOZEN. When you're in the game, press start followed by Square to enter the cheat menu. This should give you access to extras, the old movie, infinite ammunition and the Super Squad. Alternatively you can also obtain these cheats by completing the game on the various difficulty settings.
