Hold down the start button on the second controller and turn your Playstation on. Keep the button held down until the main menu. Once this appears press L1, R1, R2, L1, Select and Start. The below cheats should now be active. All of them need to be added using the second controller
R1 - Bonus structures R2 - Bonus Units Down - Research completed Triangle - God Mode Circle - Infinite power Select - Level Skip Up - Super strength for your units X - Unlocks all items Right - Weakens unit strength
