At the Virgin logo press UP x 3, B x 2, Y x 2, SELECT, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, B, UP, Y. You have to be fast. Then go into options at the title screen to access all levels including bonus levels. Press R in play to fly but first set it in the cheat directory.
