Empire Universe 2 is a great game, but there are certain tips that can be invaluable in helping you succeed in this game.
The first choice you have is what race your character will be. The choices are Human, Plentropians, Ozoids, Mosorians, Magumiams, Zuup, Weganians, Cyborgs or Jamozoids. Each race has a different pair of base attributes for your commander's character. Although as you reach a new experience level you can choose where to add your extra point, the points your character start with will partly determine which path in the game is easier for you at the start.
The attributes you start with for each race are as follows:-

The effect of the various attributes are as follows:-
Trade ---> Decreases purchase taxes by 0.5% (minimum tax = 1%)
Research ---> Reduces fuel consumption of the fleet of 1% (minimum fuel consumption = 5%); decreases the research time by 1% for every
2 points
Battle ---> Increases damage on enemy ships by 0.5% per each point
Construction ---> Reduces by 1% the time take to construct buildings, factories, vessels and components. The effect is less important as a measure of points invested in this statistic (Period of construction minimum = 5%).
Economy ---> Increases by 1% the production of raw materials. Reduces the manufacturing costs of the Mining extraction plants (capped at 5%). Building construction reduced by 0.33% (capped at 33%).
Navigation ---> Reduces the flight time by 0.3 M.(Flight time minimum = 5%)
